Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Vievio is a player-only platform for user-added M3U and M3U8 playlists. Vievio does not provide, sell, host, store, or include TV channels, movies, live TV, or media content.
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Vievio website, user portal, APIs, Smart TV apps, mobile apps, or related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, activating a device, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
Vievio is a software player platform designed to help users add, manage, and play their own supported playlist sources, including M3U and M3U8 playlist formats.
2. User-Provided Playlist Sources
By adding a playlist URL, playlist file, guide source, or related playback source to Vievio, you confirm that you have the legal right, license, permission, or authorization required to access and use that source.
You agree not to use Vievio to access, play, distribute, or organize pirated, unauthorized, infringing, illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
Vievio is not responsible for reviewing third-party playlist content. Vievio does not own, control, review, verify, or guarantee the legality, availability, quality, stability, or accuracy of third-party playlist sources added by users. You are solely responsible for the sources you add and the way you use them.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features, including playlist management, device activation, synchronization, and account settings, may require a Vievio account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including device activations and playlist sources added through your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact Vievio support immediately.
4. Device Activation
Vievio may allow users to pair supported TV or mobile devices with their account through an activation process. Device activation is intended only for the account holder and authorized users.
You agree not to sell, share, transfer, abuse, bypass, or misuse activation codes, device slots, licenses, or access credentials.
Vievio may limit, suspend, reset, or revoke device activations if we detect abuse, unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, resell, or misuse any part of the Vievio software, apps, APIs, portal, or backend systems.
- Use Vievio to access or play illegal, pirated, unauthorized, infringing, abusive, hateful, harmful, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to bypass account limits, device activation limits, subscription limits, or security controls.
- Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated requests, or malicious traffic against the Vievio website, portal, APIs, apps, or servers.
- Interfere with the security, performance, availability, or normal operation of the Service.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Some Vievio features may require a paid plan, subscription, device activation package, or premium access.
Payments may be processed through a secure third-party payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund policy shown at the time of purchase.
If a subscription renews automatically, it will continue until canceled according to the cancellation process provided by Vievio or the payment provider.
Refunds, cancellations, failed payments, chargebacks, and billing disputes are handled according to the Vievio Billing & Refund Policy.
7. Third-Party Sources and Playback
Vievio depends on user-added playlist sources and third-party network availability. Vievio does not guarantee that any playlist URL, file, guide source, media link, or playback item will remain available, compatible, accurate, stable, or uninterrupted.
Playback issues may be caused by external playlist sources, device limitations, codecs, internet connection, regional restrictions, third-party servers, or unsupported formats.
Vievio is not responsible for third-party playlist behavior, broken links, unavailable sources, expired credentials, blocked URLs, incorrect guide data, or external service interruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Vievio name, logo, website, apps, interface, designs, code, software, backend systems, and related materials are owned by Vievio or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Vievio’s software, design, branding, or technology without written permission.
9. Suspension and Termination
Vievio may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, access, subscription, or device activations if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, created security risk, abused our systems, or used the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Where appropriate, Vievio may also remove or disable access to certain account features, device sessions, or suspicious configurations.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
11. Limitation of Liability
12. Changes to the Service
Vievio may update, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. This may include features, apps, pricing, device support, platform availability, portal options, or account functionality.
13. Changes to These Terms
Vievio may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vievio is legally registered or operated, unless another governing law is required by applicable consumer protection laws.
